Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted. Cooler unit has been serviced, evaporator coils cleared, and refrigerant has been topped up. Internal temperature of cooler unit at back-of-house now at 0C. You are now permitted to use the cooler unit to store potentially hazardous foods. Temperature log sheet has been created in front of the cooler and will be measured every 2 hours. Manager understands that if food products have been above 4C for less than 2 hours, they are to be transferred to the walk-in cooler in the same building. If the food products have been above 4C for more than 2 hours, product will be discarded.

Thank you for your co-operation.
