Observation: Overall cleaning is satisfactory, need to work on areas near walls and behind/under equipment. Floors are noticeable black in these areas.
Corrective Action(s): Increase cleaning of floors in hard to reach areas under/behind equipment and along walls or areas where baseboards are present (i.e. island and front counters).

Observation: Cupboard door under coffee machine is heavily damaged and no longer easily cleanable.

Comments

- Coolers were all 4 C or colder
- Freezers were all -11 C or colder
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 77C at plate and 84C at gauge. NOTE: ensure to run twice on the first cycle after sitting for a while to ensure rinse temp is met.
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm Chlorine
- Ice machine is cleaned daily and emptied and cleaned internally monthly.
- Baked goods are individually wrapped or covered with lid.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
