Bean sprouts were stored in ice water, maintained at 1C.
No food observed to be kept out at room temperature and unused.
Utensils and dishware appear to be maintained in sanitary condition.
Cleaning under cooking equipment has improved but more deep cleaning is required.
Exhaust hood and flooring are scheduled to be cleaned every 4 months instead of every 6 months.
Dry storage cleaned

Hand delivered outstanding permit fee letter to owner.
