Observation: 1) The dishwasher was dispensing only 10 ppm chlorine during final sanitizing step.
2) The chlorine spray bottle at the front of the restaurant was disfunctional (the spray compartment was broken).
Corrective Action(s): 1) The dishwasher was primed and ran another cycle and it reached 50 ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle on the plate surface.
2) A new spray bottle with 200 ppm chlorine solution was prepared and labelled "sanitizer".
