Observation: - Several food items are left uncovered in the upright glass cooler and in prep cooler
- Milk jugs are used to store mango shake
Corrective Action(s): - Keep all food items covered with well fitting lids or with plastic wrap in all coolers
- Transfer food items (mango shake ) into jugs made out of reusable material. Milk jugs are designed for one time use only and cannot be washed and sanitized effectively

- Upright glass cooler and prep cooler are less than 4C
- Stainless steel freezer and chest freezer less than -18C
- Chemical dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine solution during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer buckets are available and 100ppm chlorine solution is available in buckets
- Foodsafe certification is verified
- No pest activity is observed at the time of inspection

NOTE: Ice machine has been shut down for cleaning. Ensure that it is cleaned and effectively sanitized after removing all mold, mildew growth
