Follow-up to routine inspection conducted Monday, Dec.10th, 2018: -Dishwashing machine has been repaired, and is now providing >50ppm chlorine residual -Soap and paper towels are now available at the bar hand-sinks -Rear doorsill has been repaired -Please continue efforts to clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen, including fixed equipment, shelving, etc. on a regular basis
