Follow-up Inspection Conducted today for report#JCHY-CHERJR.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CHERJR have been corrected:
-Holes patched underneath the 3-compartment sink.
-Unrelated items not used for the normal operation observed to be removed from outside the back door entrance.
-Front display cooler measured at 4C. Whole produce only observed to be stored in front display cooler.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
