Owner is away. His son is cooking and serving at the time of inspection. Daily temp logs are available and up to date Food handler - is certified Hot holding unit - at 60C Display area and all food packaged items are properly labelled - Thank you Suggestions: - 3 compartment sinks to be organized ( wash /rinse and sanitized ) and always keep clear separation of dirty and clean side - Wear a clean apron or uniform as per our foodsafety regs.
