A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 2C; drink cooler was 4C; freezer -19C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle and in cloth bucket had [Cl2] >200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good. Washrooms are clean and stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being following.
- All surfaces are in good working order.
- Specialty coffee (cappuccino, etc.), frozen corn dogs and dumplings, cup of noodles, and powdered hot chocolate. Reheating in the microwave or addition of hot water is the cook step. |
