Routine inspection - Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser. - All cooling units measured at or below 4 degree C. All freezers measured at or below -18 C. Thermometers noted in the units. - QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles. Sanitizer is to be 200-400 ppm to be used as no rinse sanitizer. Test solution to ensure QUAT residue is in range. - 100 ppm chlorine residue detected in final rinse water of Low-temp dish washer. Test strip available. - 3- Comp sink maintained. Dirty clean dish separation noted. - Food stored in closed containers also above the floor. - No obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Cups and reusable cutlery noted being stored in sanitary condition.
