Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Hot holding (e.g., gravy) measured at 60C or higher. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Kitchen ventilation hood in sanitary condition. Next cleaning schedule: 2023 Jan 24. Staff with FOODSAFE level 1 is on site.
