Follow-Up: All violations noted on report # ZDER-AG8273 have been corrected -2 front H/S have paper towel dispenser that function properly -Low temp dishwasher is functioning properly - 50 ppm chlorine detected at the plate ***Water pipes to dishwasher have been repaired in last 2 weeks due to freezing and damaging unit. Unit is functioning now without incident. -New metal scoops with handles available for bulk dry food bins -All sanitizer and chemical bottles are properly labelled with chemical labels from EcoLabs. -Potato slicer, lower shelves and flooring in dry storage area has been cleaned and appear to be maintained in sanitary condition. -All dysfunctional thermometers have been replaced by new thermometers in each cooler unit
