Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer container replaced during the inspection. Operator to fix dishwasher by tomorrow and sanitize dishes in the 2-compartment sink in the meantime. Violation Score: 15

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held items were > 60 C. Food is kept in pest proof containers. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water,soap and paper towels.
