-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (both sides).
-Undercounter cooler was at 4C.
-Customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Items for hot holding are quickly reheated using the microwave prior to placing into the hot holding unit.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-3-compartment sink Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Both Quats sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Vegetable cutter and slicer were found to be clean and well maintained.
-Frozen foods properly thawed in the walk-in cooler.
-Foods properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
