Follow up inspection:
-Rodent droppings were not observed at the time of inspection.
-Lowest shelving unit of the dry storage area has been cleared of containers for the time being for staff to easily monitor for signs of any further potential pest activity (i.e. rodent droppings below) and for them to easily clean any affected areas accordingly.
-A pest control program via Westside Pest Control LTD. was in place on a monthly basis (invoice was shown for the date 8/31/2017). A second pest control visit was conducted today whereas one mouse was caught according to the operator (invoice is to be provided to district E.H.O. once received).
-Several mice have been caught based on previous invoice dated August 31, 2017.
-Extra snap traps have been added near the back hallway area.
-Gaps around the pipe near the dishwasher were filled with steel wool.
-Knives on the storage shelf in the sushi bar and dry food was fully covered in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids.

The following is to be done:
Keep up with the pest control measures discussed and noted on the previous routine inspection and provide the district E.H.O. pest control invoices/reports each month.
