-Routine Inspection -Handwashing sinks contain hot water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Dishwasher measured 71C at the plate level -Coolers measured 4C or less: display cooler, 2 milk coolers, prep cooler, 2 standing door coolers, sliding drawer cooler -Freezer measured -18C: stand up freezer -No signs of pest during inspection -General sanitation is satisfactory -Storage room down the hall contains only packaged paper cups and plates -Coffee creamer changed every 4 hours.
