Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Food debris observed on blade of table mounted can opener 2. Food debris observed on green handle knife in drawer by back storage cooler; Knife handle was also sticky to the touch 3. Hockey tape wrapped around grip of black handle knife
Corrective Action(s): Can opener clean and sanitized at time. Knives removed from operation. Operator to install magnetic strip or store knives in metal pan for easier cleaning.
