The following deficiencies have been corrected: - Walk-in cooler now running at temperature < 4C - List of suppliers submitted during time of inspection - Cheque # 10 submitted in sum of 167.67$ for health permit fee - Chlorine test strips on order, invoice provided Environmental Health Officer - Fan cover wiped down & cleaned in bar cooler - Probe thermometers available - Sink plugs now available for 2-compartment sink. - Raw wood surfaces have been painted - Joints & junctions have been filled in - Caulking has been applied to sinks - Backsplash (vinyl) now available in staff handwashing sink. - All entry points/holes in walls <1/4" have been plugged/sealed - Mice droppings removed & dishes sanitized (as per operator) - All handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels , hot/cold running water - All temperatures meet health requirements - Bleach available on-site.
