Comments

-Ensure that bleach is used for sanitizing utensils in the 3-compartment sink.
-Renovations are planned. Submit three copies of floor plans to Fraser Health for approval prior to the renovations.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
