General sanitation is inadequate. Follow up inspection on the week of Sept 13th. Ensure all surfaces at the front kitchen are cleaned. Temperature of the dishwasher, steam table, walk-in fridge, under counter reach-in fridge under the toaster are satisfactory. Handwashing station is satisfactory.
