Routine inspection:
- daily temperature logs - are up to date

- Test strips are available for daily monitoring of quat at the dishwashing sink
- High temperature dishwasher reached 83C at the final rinse
- All food cooking, and food preparation areas are supplied with quat sanitizers ( red buckets )
- At least one FS certified staff present per shift
-Quat used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 200ppm )
