Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B3NQA8: Bleach sanitizer provided in labeled spray bottles. Concentrations well over 200ppm. Reminder, general sanitizer formula is 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. 200ppm quats is also available for dispensing from chemical dispensing station at back. Bar designated hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Light cover in place for light fixture above the Coke cooler. Temperature monitoring log sheet maintained and available for review.
