Comments

An area that is under construction is separated from the restaurant with a plastic drop sheet. General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted. Soap and paper towels are available at the handwashing stations in the kitchen. Sanitizer in spray bottle is at appropriate concentration and test strip is available (200ppm quats). Temperature of food items in the hot and cold holding units are satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained. FoodSafe certificate and Health permit are posted.
