A follow-up inspection was conducted.

Discussed following issues on-site with the operator.
1. All perishable foods must be stored at 4C or below or 60C or higher (eg. bean sprouts)
2. Proper cooling process of the soup broth. Cool from 60C to 20 C within 2 hours. 20C to 4C within 4 hours.Use Ice wands if possible. Use shallow containers. Ensure ice wands are stored protected from contamination.
3. Daily cleaning procedures must be followed. "Disassemble the meat slicer and wash" and SANITIZE.
4. Remind all staff to use the handwashing station and hand wash properly with soap and water.
5. Bring all the cleaning wipes and launder. Putting the dirty/used wipes in a bleach water solution does not clean. Ensure cleaning takes prior to sanitizing.
6. Ensure the food premise permit and food safe level 1 certificate are available on-site.
