Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Metal insert with food debris found stored inside hand sink near front counter.
Corrective action: Metal insert was removed from hand sink during inspection. Do not store any equipment or utensils in hand sinks as they are intended for hand washing only.

-Walk-in cooler at 1°C. All food items covered and stored off ground.
-Walk-in freezer at -18°C.
-Front display cooler at 1°C.
-Under counter beverage cooler at 2°C.
-Prep cooler inserts at 4°C.. Bottom of prep cooler at 3°C.
-Cream cooler #1 at 3°C.
-Cream cooler #2 at 4°C.
-Cream cooler #3 at 4°C.

-Hot holding for soups greater than 60°C.
