All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Proper dispensers available for bulk food containers.
Food contact items noted in good and sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Drain plugs are available for the 2-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
General organization and sanitation satisfactory.
Person-in-charge has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate (expires Nov 24, 2028).

Note: A bleach sanitizer spray bottle (> 200 PPM chlorine residual) was noted by the chemical storage area - beside the 2-compartment sink. As per staff, they were using this spray bottle for cleaning the floor. Please avoid having the bleach sanitizer spray bottle available in a facility that uses QUAT sanitizer - any accidental mixing of these two chemicals if used on the same surface could result in toxic fumes being created. Staff discarded the bleach sanitizer spray bottle during the inspection.
