Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Vegetable slicer was found with debris from onions. Staff member said that onions and other vegetables are sliced in the morning.

Corrective action: vegetable slicer was washed and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure that all utensils and equipment are washed and sanitized after each use to prevent contamination of food with potential pathogens.
