HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Moderate (16-29) Total Score = 22
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cleaning cloths are dirty - not kept in sanitizer. Keep all cleaning cloths in sanitizer between every use. Sanitizer made up at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 3
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Most corners and hard-to-reach areas are extremely dirty with a build-up of food debris and grease. Notably under grill/fryers, under all fridges, under sinks and all shelving. Scrub and clean regularly.
2) Vent hood is past due for servicing - sticker indicates due in September 2016. This contributes to the grease build-up under the equipment. Service vent hood.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score: 9

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Hand sink drain has come loose and leaks badly. Water is pooling on the floor. Repair.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score: 3

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Kitchen floor is very rough and requries re-surfacing. It is very difficult to clean and is contributing to the cleanliness problem. Resurface to a smooth, durable, washable and non-slip surface. This was also noted in April 2015 - failure to correct this infraction will result in further enforcement.
Corrective Action(s):
Violation Score: 5

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
