Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Growth of mold observed on the interior of glass cooler located at the bar area.
2. Dried food debris found on one of the ladle hanging on the wall together with other clean ladles.
Correction: 1. Clean and sanitize the interior of the glass cooler immediately. Remove all the glass cups stored inside and sanitize them by running through the glass washer. Correct by: Immediately.
2. Clean and sanitize the ladle immediately and ensure dirty utensils are cleaned sanitized before storing them. Corrected during inspection.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles at the back kitchen.
- Knives and ladles maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Glass cooler at the bar maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Bottom section of the sandwich cooler and drawer cooler had been cleaned.
- Walk-in beer cooler and drawer cooler measured with an ambient air temperature of 4C.
