-Accurate thermometer is available in coolers
-Foodsafe certified staff member onsite during visit
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 82 oC
-Chlorine sanitizer in bucket for wiping rags >100 ppm
-General sanitation (floors, underneath equipment, walls) is satisfactory
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
- Temperature logs maintained daily and up to date
