Trans Fat Specific Comments Comments Our second, annual routine inspection. This inspection was focused on the area that we did not inspected before ( bar serving area, conference room and public washrooms ). Suggestion: - floor tiles in the bar storage area need to be replaced. - storage of the extra tables/chairs should be enclosed, not easily accessible to your customers, since it is not supervised area. Public washroom is in very satisfactory condition; only is missing the ceiling lights cover. The completion of the kitchen improvements will be still followed up on January, 2017.
