Glasswasher was repaired by technician (completed Aug. 28 evening). Technician reported tube was replaced. >50 ppm chlorine detected on dish (pitcher) after cycle. Test strips present for monitoring. Ensure this is checked daily Requirements of Correction Order complete. Order rescinded. Pending violations: (Refer to routine inspection report JCRH BFGUUP) 304: Droppings were cleaned up. Shelving still needs to sanitized. 305: Holes noted along inner bar counter need to be filled/covered 312: Cooler which is not working is to be removed if it is not repaired. 502: One staff member on duty must have completed Foodsafe level 1 Ensure the above are completed according to timeframes on routine inspection report.
