Walk in cooler has been adjusted. Measured 2C at time of inspection. Good
Seal has been repaired on standing freezer and temperature adjusted. Measured -21C. Good
Door sweep has been installed along back screen door. Rubber tubing has been placed along vertical gaps to prevent pest entry. Good
Cleaning and organizing has been done - thank you

Remaining:
Proper cooling must be immediately implemented. This means purchasing an ice wand as discussed
In the meantime, shallow metal trays must be used to rapidly cool gravies in your walk in cooler.
Foods like boiled potatoes and fried foods must be left out for a minimal amount of time before getting transferred to the walk in cooler.
This means both veggie and meat dishes!
