Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Egg patties stored in the one of the insert on the sandwich cooler measured with an internal food product temperature of 9C. Staff stated it was brought from the walk-in cooler half hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Stored the egg patties at a different sandwich cooler. Ensure potentially hazardous food is stored at 4C or less.

Observation: Some sections of the veggie sandwich cooler were unable to maintain the insert at 4C or less. Staff stated tecnician was on site this morning to address the issue and will be back later.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the veggie sandwich cooler to ensure temperatuer for the inserts are maintained at 4C or less. Correct by: Jun 30, 2020.

- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in spray bottle and from the dispenser.
- Food items stored off the ground and organized.
- Food items in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were covered.
- COVID 19 safety plan available for onsite.
- Sitting area arranged to have a distance of at least 2 meters.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- Report will be email to the operator.
