Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Recommend having pest control come on site regularly as a preventative measure. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate. New ice machine installed. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
