Observation: Undercounter mini cooler in front of cooking line measured at 6.7'C during time of inspection. The cooler is not storing any potentially hazardous foods. Operator mentioned that a repair company will be coming in to repair the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the cooler to ensure it is able to maintain 4'C or lower. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the undercounter mini cooler until it is repaird to maintain 4'C or lower and until verified by the inspector.

Observations:
- Handwashing station in kitchen supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Undercounter cooler in kitchen observed not storing any potentially hazardous foods

Note: a copy of the daily equipment temperature checklist was provided to the operator during inspection. As per last routine inspection, ensure temperatures are checked and logged as per approved food safety plan.
