Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer solution in some sanitizer buckets tested 0-50 ppm at the time of inspection. Quats at the dispenser tested 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or recalibrate the quats dispenser so that Quats sanitizer is dispensed between 150-300 ppm ( ideally 200 ppm). Ensure to replenish the sanitizer buckets at least every 2 hours. ( Corrected during inspection)
