Observation: 2 live cockroaches noted in the back area by the pop station.
Corrective Action(s): Facility has 2 contract with 2 different pest control companies. Ensure the necessary remediation actions are taken to eliminate the pest problem.

Observation: Heavy black grease accumulation noted between the grill unit and the preparation area for the hot holding unit. Accumulation of grease noted in some areas behind the cooking station.
Corrective Action(s): Daily cleaning is being done. However, ensure premises is thoroughly cleaned daily, especially for hard to reach areas and areas of high grease.
