Observation: Back of house liquid soap dispenser at the handwashing sink does not have liquid soap. Operator informed that EcoLab will ship liquid soap in 5 business days. Back of house handwashing sink has temporary hand-pump liquid soap. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the back of house liquid soap dispenser at the handwashing sink is well equipped with liquid soap. Corrected by: August 6, 2021.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C5AQK5.
The following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C5AQK5.
-3-compartment sink and front of house handwashing sink well equipped with hot-running water for sanitary maintenance.
-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Underneath the soft drink syrup racks are clean and disinfected.
-Pipe underneath the 3-compartment sink has been serviced.
-No pooling of water near pipe fixtures are observed to minimize attraction of pests. On-going pest control company in place, Orkin.
-Underneath the workstation across the walk-in cooler and front of house prep cooler have been cleaned and disinfected. Built-up of debris and grease have been substantially removed compared to previous routine inspection.
-Underneath the storage racks in the walk-in cooler have been clean and disinfected to remove build-up of debris and grease.
