Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (A) No sanitizer available in the kitchen
(B) Drinking cups are stacked on top of each other up side down. Some of the cups are still wet.
Corrective Action(s): (A) Correction: Prepare sanitizer solution either bleach with 100 ppm or QUAT with 200 ppm. Ensure to have sanitizer solution available before preparing food for the day.

(B) Correction: Clean cups must be air dried before use/stacking.
