Premises currently has no sit in dining as dining area is now a thrift store. Take out only. Dishwasher not in use as premises may wash in 2 compartment sink. Faucet replaced at 2 compartment sink so that it now reaches the second sink. Soap and paper towels at second sink for hand washing. All cold holing equipment cold holding at <4c Freezers at <-18c No pest problems noted. Monitoring records being maintained
