1) Droppnigs noted in facility, along edges.
2) Staff stated there is still a persistent cockroach problem.

1+2) Consult your pest technician and come up with a plan to eliminate pests. Submit plan to the undersign within 1 week. This pest issue has been persistent.

1) Leak under hand sink in front still not repaired.
2) Facility cluttered with items not needed for operation such as the two door cooler that is not working

1) Repair handsink. Standing water will attract pests. You have persistent pest issues.
2) De-clutter facility to facilitate cleaning.

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in spray bottle
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- dosa batter is kept in cooler when not in use - good
- update FOODSAFE as required
