Reinspection based in previous inspection report.
- Rodent control monitoring and prevention efforts are currently being conducted.
- Sanitation: Thorough cleaning of entire facility has been completed. All unused items have been removed to free up space.
- Towel dispenser (front service) has been relocated.
FoodSafe training certificates are to be kept on site for review.
Food Safety Plans/Sanitation Plans are to be kept on site for review.
COVID Safety Plan and procedures are to be on site and posted. Refer to WCB for guidelines.

Great effort! Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times. An active rodent control program is required to be conducted on site.

Rodent Control Efforts:
- Food Storage: Recommend all opened food items/ingredients to be kept stored in covered, rodent proof containers.
- Pest Control: Pest Control services are being provided on site.
- Structurally: To prevent pests from entering the food premises.Follow these points:
- Keep doors and windows closed or install screens
- Seal or patch any holes or potential entry points on the exterior of the building
- Install weather-stripping underneath exterior doors
Pest access points must be located and eliminated.
- Sanitation: To prevent pests from hiding or breeding in the premises. Clean all shelves and floors routinely, especially underneath and behind all equipment. (Once again, recommend removal of all kick plates from equipment and shelving in order to provide a thorough cleaning and implement control measures. Cleaning schedules are required to be established on site and followed.
- Documentation: Pest control reports are to be kept on site for review.
