Correction order rescinded: paper towels, liquid soap, hot/cold running water now available at all handsinks. Paper towel dispensers were re-installed at the front 3 handsinks and operator has liquid soap for the dispensers. Sandwich prep cooler is now at 3.9 deg C and staff time track food items placed into the sandwich cooler on the electronic tablet. All foods in sandwich cooler probed to be at <4 deg C No further issues noted. As discussed previously, any changes or alterations must be given written approval by Fraser Health prior to making these changes. Thank you
