Take out/ Single Service Utensils only. Coolers are at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Reviewed food handling procedures. Hand washing stations in the kitchen and staff washroom have liquid soap and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer is used. Food Safe Refresher course has been taken by operator to renew certificate.
