- Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):

- Single door undercounter cooler 4C

- Freezers maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Walk-in freezer -20C
- Ice cream freezer -15C

- Hot holding temperatures were acceptable (60C or higher):

- Food stored in a manner to prevent contamination: wrapped, covered, raw meat stored beneath ready to eat items.
- Dipper well turned on and in use
- Ice machine appears clean/maintained
- Quats sanitizer present in spray bottle, sani-pail and from dispenser at warewashing sinks. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- 50ppm chlorine detected on dish after dishwasher cycle to sanitize dishes.
- Monitoring in place for food storage temperatures, dishwasher and sanitizer concentration. Records up to date.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service.
- Manager has completed Foodsafe level 1 (valid until April 2021).
