Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer guard and underneath blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned equipment. Meat slicer must be dissasembled in order to be cleaned and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine. Observed bar staff to sanitize food contact surfaces with non-food grade sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm chlorine. Front of house staff must prepare bleach solution spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm chlorin to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

2-compartment sink available. 2-compartment sink is being used as handwashing sink as well. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Exhaust hood observed to be sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Bar Area:
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.
