- All coolers are less than 4C
-Freezer functional, measured at -10C
-Temperature records available.
-Quats sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
-Sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink.
-Handwash station in front area is provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Dry storage area organized and in sanitary condition.
-Staff washroom sanitary. Hand sink provided with soap and paper towels.
-No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.

NOTE: Laundry on site is now disconnected and not used. All laundry is done off site. Black hose is removed from triple compartment sink. Ensure that it is completely removed and is not attached again.
NOTE: Provide accurate thermometers in all coolers and freezers
