Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in sink not at concentrations greater than or equal to 200ppm CHLORINE.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
EHO demonstrated proper dishwashing techniques - one capful bleach for 1 gallon water. Dishes and utensils were re-sanitized during inspection.
