Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handicapped washroom toilet is broken and requires repair and it currently closed. There are two other washrooms available at the time of inspection with fully stocked and functionaly hand washing sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Washroom was repaired and cleaned at the end of the inspection.
